I m just curious if person poses artificial disk and in few years need to check other levels of cervical or lumbar for precise evaluation, how could this be achieved, with MRI !??
L4L5 DDD...protrusions on c5c6 and c6c7 just discovered with mri and confirmed by EMG...going trough Pt....

MRI or CT can easily evaluate levels that aren't adjacent. Levels that are adjacent can be difficult. Depending on how hard the radiologist is willing to work, the artifact can be worked around but you could easily run into someone who's just going to say, "Sorry, can't be done."
